Spotty Dotty. . .

Top: Anthropologie, sold out | Denim: Forever 21 | Sweater: Target | Flats: Zara ( on sale!!)
Monogram: Monograms of Knoxville | Watch: Michael Kors | Lip: Pink Neauvou

Just popping by with another look from the honeymoon. I wore this our last day to explore Vineyard Haven, one of my favorite spots. I purchased this top back in the spring from Anthro and while it isn't available online I have a feeling you can still spot it in store! I love the peplum and the texture of the fabric, perfect for summer.

The jeans were a last minute find when I was in Dover. I quickly realized I didn't pack enough warm clothes for the trip. I found these gems for $15. The pink is such a great shade and they fit like a glove. I am obsessed!

My scallop flats were perfect for sightseeing. Lucky for you guys they are on major sale right now!!!

I hope you had a lovely holiday!!! Thanks for reading!

Gingham...

Dress: Asos , (only available in maternity version now... but I think it will still work for most) |
Sandals: Tory Burch | Sunglasses: Dior | Pearls: J Crew | Studs: Tory Burch
Monogram: Love Always (wedding gift) | Lip: Lady Danger

In honor of it being the 4th... I thought I would share a slightly patriotic look from our honeymoon. This was my favorite look from the trip. I wore this the day we took the bike ride from Oak Bluffs to Edgartown( ... I know what you are thinking... dresses and bikes don't mix... ) This really did though! The weather was so crazy from where you were right next to the water and then went into town to shop and eat probably a 10-15 degree temp difference. So I wore this with a coverup to ensure I wouldn't smolder when we arrived. The length of the dress and soft cotton material made it super comfy for a waterside cruise.

I bought most of my honeymoon clothes over the couple months leading up to the wedding. I did that to avoid having a major chunk of change to spend all at once. This dress from Asos was a must. I obsess over gingham anyway and with the great quality and price point I just couldn't pass it up. It is only available in the maternity version now, but with how the dress is already made I think that anyone could also get by with that one (just size down).

My sandals were a splurge gift to myself before the wedding. I stopped on the way up in DC to grab some last minute wedding needs and decided this was the last time Luke wouldn't see the wallet damage from the trip to the mall and I just had to. I had been loving the wedge version of these for a while, but really needed more flat sandals. I was unsure of how I would like them, but once I tried them on I fell in love. Happy Wedding to me!

This was absolutely the best trip of my life, not just because this was on my top 5 list of places to go.... but because I was with my HUSBAND(!!!) and could finally relax!

Happy Fourth of July! Have a wonderful day and be safe!!!

In the Vineyard. . .

Dress: J Crew Factory | Sandals: Tory Burch | Sunglasses: Dior |  Fedora: Ann Taylor
Necklace: Nside A Diva's Closet c/o | Earrings: Tory Burch
Bracelet: J Crew | Lip: Snob + Candy Yum Yum

So I am FINALLY sharing details from outfits worn on our honeymoon. I'm going to keep this simple and sweet today.

I love this dress. I bought it back in February knowing I wanted to save it for the honeymoon. I went for the unexpected color (it also comes in navy and a rose shade). I loved the brightness and I thought it helped make the scalloped edges pop. It didn't hurt that it went with the adorable necklace that Nside a Diva's closet sent over! Obsessed!

I wore sandals most of the trip since we were riding bikes most everywhere. My TB's definitely got some wear in! I opted for hats most days to keep my skin shielded from the sun. This one is from Ann Taylor and I thought it was just perfect for our honeymoon location!

I will be back tomorrow sharing another honeymoon outfit post and sharing details of where we stayed, what we did, etc. It was the best trip EVER!

I hope Monday treats you well and thanks for stopping by!

Nautical

Coat: J Crew Factory // Sweatshirt: Loft, similar // Denim: Old Navy // Heels: Sole Society //
Bag: Louis Vuitton // Sunnies: Ray Ban //  Pearls: Jcrew //
Initial Necklace: Benevolent Jewels (use LFCODE20 for 20% off) // Earrings: Benevolent Jewels //
Watch: Michael Kors // Bracelet: Blush Bazaar // Lip: Pink Neauvou // Wearing Luxy 120g in Dirty Blonde

So I literally cannot wait for my wedding... to the point that I am having dreams of it already happening and thinking my Nana disowned me for not having her be there... yeah, I know... crazy! I feel like I'm channeling our honeymoon with this outfit so I had to share the weird wedding dream...

For our honeymoon Luke and I will be going to Martha's Vineyard... I am kind of obsessed with all things nautical and have always wanted to visit the area... so what better time? I think this jacket will be a great piece to take with because while we will be going in June... It still won't be super warm there... and I am always cold. I've been trying to pick up pieces here and there to bring with so I don't have to do some major shopping binge closer to time. Also, because shopping over the course of 4 months is much friendlier on a soon-to-be bride's budget.

In other news, life has been a little hard on me lately. More work-related than anything, but the stress has had a major effect on me! (I blame tax season and working in the banking industry) That being said, thank you to Luke for lifting my spirits. I'm feeling much more like myself now and happy to be back on a more regular schedule. Thank you as well for bearing with me! I greatly appreciate it!

Thank you so much for reading! Stay tuned for a new post tomorrow!

XO-L
