She grew up on the side of the road Where the church bells ring And strong love grows She grew up good She grew up slow Like American honey

Dress: Similar here and here | Wedges: Major sale here | Bag:Similar here and here

Okay ya'll... summer is going by way too fast!!! I can't believe Luke starts back for another school year next week. This has been a whirlwind of a summer for sure. For that reason I find myself trying to fit in as many summer outfits as possible. I know summer goes long into September (weather wise) in the south... but come mid-August I'm scorching myself for the love of new fall clothes. (anyone else do the same??)

This look just screams summer to me! Since taking a major leap into healthier skin last year with my dermatologists help I also find myself grabbing for long sleeve light dresses to keep a little extra shield from the sun. A good cotton shift dress is truly a must when the heat is unbearable. Blue has also been an obsession lately... so here we go with another all blue look.

I hope you're having an amazing week! Have you made time to shop the amazing #Nsale ? I snagged up a few new obsessions! Can't wait for them to get here! Make sure to shop here before prices go back up!

Thanks for stopping by!

Take me where the hills are calling, the fields are made of green. Cause I don't need some big old city, Lord. Give me Tennessee.

Top: Old, similar | Jeans: J Crew Factory | Sandals: Tory Burch, selling out FAST! | Watch: MK
Earrings: J Crew (my wedding earrings) | Bag: Louis Vuitton | Sunnies: J Crew Factory

Oh Monday, we meet again... If you are like me, Mondays kind of kick your butt! I hate to wish time away, but Monday's always kill me.

I love to cheer up crazy days with bright colors to add positive energy... and these pants are the epitome of fun! I love the cool blue shades and the simple floral print. They are on super sale right now so go snag them up before it's too late.

Keeping with the same color, but matching different hues adds interest and creates a simple, monochromatic look. I always find that doing this keeps things pulled together and chic, but still adds an element of interest to every outfit.

I am loving espadrilles right now too... and those bows just get me every time.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for following along... make sure to follow via the social media links below for daily AGG info and updates.

'Cause you're a sky, you're a sky full of stars Such a heavenly view

Top: Jules Reid | Skirt: J Crew, major sale! | Espadrilles: Shoedazzle
Watch: Michael Kors | Earrings: Kate Spade | Bracelet: J Crew
Monogram: Love Always | Sunglasses: Dior | Lip: Lady Danger + Poppy Red

Just wanted to pop by and share the details of what I wore for the SBS Conference last weekend. I'm kind of obsessed with this outfit. Reason 1: On Thursday I had the pleasure of attending the Jules Reid show in Knoxville... OMG! Calling all retro obsessed gals! Her collection is to die! Reason 2: I love the color combo and mix of predictable styles with an unpredictable print.

This print is called 50's rose. Jules really carries a philosophy similar to Lilly Pulitzer. Every fabric is designed by her and then placed onto several different fabrics. The prints can be made casual or dressy based on the fabric and style of the garment. The top I'm wearing for example could be worn either way because it is basic cotton, but the silk blends created gorgeous dresses that would be absolute perfection for a bridal party!

I will share more details and photos in a post later... so stay tuned!

Spotty Dotty. . .

Top: Anthropologie, sold out | Denim: Forever 21 | Sweater: Target | Flats: Zara ( on sale!!)
Monogram: Monograms of Knoxville | Watch: Michael Kors | Lip: Pink Neauvou

Just popping by with another look from the honeymoon. I wore this our last day to explore Vineyard Haven, one of my favorite spots. I purchased this top back in the spring from Anthro and while it isn't available online I have a feeling you can still spot it in store! I love the peplum and the texture of the fabric, perfect for summer.

The jeans were a last minute find when I was in Dover. I quickly realized I didn't pack enough warm clothes for the trip. I found these gems for $15. The pink is such a great shade and they fit like a glove. I am obsessed!

My scallop flats were perfect for sightseeing. Lucky for you guys they are on major sale right now!!!

I hope you had a lovely holiday!!! Thanks for reading!

Lucky Lavender

Top: Gap, similar here and here and here | Denim: Loft, on sale! | Flats: ModCloth | Bag: Forever 21
Sunglasses: Dior | Earrings: Tory Burch | Watch: Michael Kors on sale!!! | Bracelet: J Crew Factory
Necklace: J Crew, Forever 21 | Nails: Barracuda (Sally Hansen)

I'm definitely on a kick right now... a white, lace, and eyelet kick! I am also a tad bit behind on outfit posts (please bare with me... wedding planning is on overload right now! t-minus 33 days and counting!!! EEEK!) So, this is from last weekend. Luke and I spent the day together shopping for paint (home renovations are already beginning... can't wait to make our first home really ours!) The flats were a recent purchase from ModCloth that I am OBSESSED with! They come in 3 other colors and I am contemplating buying another!

I got this top last year from Gap, but never wore it... why I don't know... but I'm pretty notorious for buying things and sometimes letting them collect dust in the closet. (hence my overload on poshmark lately... We have no closet space in the new house OOPS!) I love the detailing on the edges and it was perfect for a casual Saturday.

I hope you had a wonderful weekend & thanks for reading!

Easter Tulle

Top: Old, loving this | Skirt: L Mae Boutique, similar | Wedges: Lulu's (almost sold out) |
Sunglasses: Dior | Watch: Michael Kors | Bracelet: J Crew Factory | Earrings: Tory Burch

Obsessed doesn't even explain my love for tulle. I could have a million tulle skirts and still not have enough. So, when deciding what to wear for Easter it was really a no brainer. Tulle and pink are a match made in heaven.

My wedges were a random find when perusing the Lulu's website. I had thought they would be perfect for an upcoming bridal shower, but decided to make them my easter shoes and pull a couple things out of my closet that hadn't been getting much wear. I love the styling of this shirt. I actually have it in two colors. I thought the pink was perfect for Easter.

I always seem to have a good hair day on days it doesn't matter and when big days come up: WHAM... bad hair day! This day was the worst. I have been struggling with my hair to keep it from getting super frizzy, no such luck on Easter. Woops!

Thanks for stopping by!

Sunny Days

Dress: Old Navy | Bag: Asos | Wedges: Shoedazzle | Watch: Michael Kors
Bracelet: J Crew Factory | Earrings: Francesca's, similar and on sale! |
Sunnies: Shop Ruche | Nails: Sally Hansen, Barracuda

I've never been much of a Maxi girl... maybe a skirt here and there, but NEVER a dress. I'm 5'4" and typically when I wear maxis I feel less than 5'. I would kill for a couple extra inches so throwing something on that makes me look even shorter is a no go. This dress from Old Navy changed my mind. (very hard thing to do) The length is perfection for my height and even allows for wearing with flats. I love the print. (a cool blue is everything to me in the summer)

These wedges are on repeat for me. I found them on Shoedazzle and immediately thought of some amazing Tory Burch wedges I've been dying for... but wedding budgets don't exactly allow for that. I love the bows and now want them in the red color they are also available in. Coming in at $30 they were the perfect alternative to the designer version.

I'm so excited for Easter weekend, aren't you?

Thanks for stopping by!
